In May 2019, halo blight symptoms were observed on leaves of oats (Avena sativa L. ‘Joyang’) at the tillering stage. Plants were cultivated in experimental fields in Wanju County (latitude 35.842006°, longitude 127.049588°), located in the southern region of South Korea.
