<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> <h4>Background</h4> Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is characterized by persistent nasal and paranasal sinus mucosa inflammation. It comprises two phenotypes, namely CRS with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) and without (CRSsNP).
