The genetic diversity of Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris isolates from South Africa was evaluated using 28 isolates obtained from the Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market. Samples were collected from cabbage supplies from farms in Gauteng, Mpumalanga and North West Provinces.
