Corona Virus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) warrants comprehensive investigations of publicly available Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-CoronaVirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) genomes to gain new insight about their epidemiology, mutations and pathogenesis.
