<title>Abstract</title> <p>Background The American Academy of Pediatrics Clinical Practice Guidelines (AAPCPG) recommend 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) for diagnosing hypertension (HTN) in pediatric kidney transplant recipients.
