<title>Abstract</title> <p> The red apricot ( <italic>Prunus armeniaca</italic> ‘Bei-zhai-hong-xing’) is exclusively cultivated in Beijing and highly popular in the Chinese market due to its nutrient-rich fruits, which contain vitamin C, carotene, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.
