Malus sieversii (Ledeb.) Roem. is a wild apple species which is distributed in the western mountains in Xinjiang, P.R. China, as well as in Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
