BACKGROUD：Platinum-based chemotherapies are widely used as first line treatments for ovarian cancer after debulking surgery. Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPis) have also been approved for the treatment of some types of ovarian cancer, such as ovarian cancer with BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations or deletions. Both platinum and PARPi treatments have been shown to relate to homologous recombination deficiency....
