<h4>Background</h4> Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is increasingly common amongst frail older patients with multiple health problems. These patients typically decide between kidney replacement therapy (KRT) with dialysis, which carries uncertain survival benefit with significant treatment burden, and conservative kidney management (CKM).
