Bovine Papillomatosis (BP) is a contagious disease of the animals in which it naturally occurs. It is caused by the bovine papillomavirus (BPV) and is characterized by warts that occur in cutaneous and mucosal forms. Cattle are affected by six different types of papillomaviruses.
