<title>Abstract</title> <p> A novel lytic bacteriophage, <italic>Ecolivirus</italic> Myo‑P293 (P293), targeting avian pathogenic <italic>Escherichia coli</italic> (APEC), was isolated from duck farm sewage in Jiangsu, China.
