<title>Abstract</title> <p>A 74-year-old man was diagnosed to have a pancreas head tumor (38mm × 32 mm) due to an obstructive jaundice. The patient presented an acute intrabiliary bleeding, while waiting for surgery. Thus, after a coil embolization of the gastroduodenal artery and the anterior/posterior pancreaticoduodenal artery an emergency pancreatoduodenectomy was performed.
