In this study, 53 actinomycetes strains were isolated from desert ecosystems located in northeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and grouped into four RFLP patterns. Twenty-six actinomycetes with obvious morphology differences were chosen for phylogenetic diversity study and antimicrobial testing.
