To survey the frequency of blaTEM, blaSHV and blaCTX-M genotypes in extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Escherichia coli (E. coli) isolated from hospitalized patients with urinary tract infection and the determination of their antibiotic resistance patterns.
