In Turkey, the citrus yellow vein clearing virus (CYVCV) was first identified and characterized (full genome) in Adana province. During surveys in 2018 and 2019, 267 leaf samples were collected from various citrus species across the province and analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chaine reaction.
