<title>Abstract</title> <p>Primary pulmonary paraganglioma (PPPG) is an extremely rare neuroendocrine tumor, counting less than 1% of all paragangliomas (PGs). The incidence of PGs ranges between 2–8 per million in a year. Generally, pulmonary PGs are nonfunctional.
