Heterotrophic spruce (Picea abies Karst.) callus cells were grown in dual culture with ectomycorrhizal fungi (Amanita muscaria Pers., Lactarius deterrimus Gröger, Hebeloma crustuliniforme Quél., Suillus variegatus O.K.) or with the pathogenic fungus Heterobasidion annosum Bref.
