<h4>Background: </h4> Nodular fasciitis (NF) is a self-limiting, benign, fibroblastic, and myofibroblastic tumor that mostly occurs in the subcutaneous superficial fascia, although there are reports of NF occurrences at atypical sites, such as intraneural and intra-articular locations.
