<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> <h4>Objective</h4> To present Motiro, an unified framework for non-supervised statistical analysis endomicroscopy videos of the colorectal mucosa. <h4>Materials and Methods</h4> We wrote an open-source Python wrapper using ImageJ software with OpenCV, Seaborn and NumPy libraries.
