<h4>A bstract </h4> <h4>Purpose</h4> To characterize photoreceptor layer thinning in clinically unremarkable regions adjacent to the atrophic lesion in early-stage ABCA4 disease eyes. <h4>Methods</h4> 27 patients with confined atrophic lesions ( ≤ 3.5mm in diameter) were included.
