<h4>Background: </h4> This randomized placebo-controlled study examined the effect of ashwagandha root and leaf extract 60mg (AE60) and 120 mg (AE120) (35% withanolide glycosides, Shoden) in physically healthy subjects with higher stress and anxiety.
