To evaluate the environmental quality of different poultry houses, the concentrations and compositions of microbial aerosols and PM 2.5 were measured. Results showed that the concentrations of airborne bacteria, airborne fungi and airborne Escherichia coli in poultry houses were 0.167-4.484 × 10 4 CFU/m 3 , 0.236-4.735 × 10 3 CFU/m 3 , and 0-33.0 CFU/m 3 , respectively.
