<h4>Introduction</h4> Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) is a primary source of acute lower respiratory tract infection (ALRTI), the leading cause of death in children under five. Over 99% of RSV-attributed deaths occur in low-income countries, including Madagascar.
