Somatic hybrids were produced between Moricandia arvensis (MaMa, 2n = 28) and Brassica oleracea (CC, 2n = 18) through cell fusion and then characterized by analysing their morphology, cytology, DNA constitution, leaf anatomy and seed fertility.
