Bacterial vaginosis (BV) affects approximately 30% of women annually, with recurrence rates of 50% within 3-6 months despite initial antibiotic treatment. This study evaluates outcomes from a metagenomic-based vaginal microbiome (VMB) test used to personalize BV treatment.
