<title>Abstract</title> <p>Bovine adenovirus type 2 (BAdV-2), a member of the <italic>Mastadenovirus</italic> genus of the <italic>Adenoviridae</italic> family, is involved in mild respiratory disease and is rarely isolated from cattle in the world.
