<title>Abstract</title> <p> <bold>Objective:</bold> To evaluate the predictive value of a weighted scoring model based on LASSO logistic regression integrating ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for severe adverse maternal outcomes (SAMO) in patients with placenta accreta spectrum (PAS).
