Circular RNAs (circRNAs) can be used as therapeutic targets for various human diseases through competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA). Earlier research in our laboratory has revealed that circRNAs could serve as ceRNA to sponge microRNAs (miRNAs) and regulate the innate immune response of blunt snout bream (Megalobrama amblycephala) after Aeromonas hydrophila infection, but the specific regulation is still uncertain....
