Sclerotinia stem rot caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is a serious threat to oilseed production in Australia. Eight isolates of S. sclerotiorum were collected from Mount Barker and Walkway regions of Western Australia in 2004. Comparisons of colony characteristics on potato dextrose agar (PDA) as well as pathogenicity studies of these isolates were conducted on selected genotypes of Brassica napus and B. juncea....
