Twenty-nine breast milk mononuclear cell samples were analyzed for human herpesvirus 7 (HHV-7) DNA, human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) DNA, and human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) DNA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
