Hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy with focally folded myelin sheaths, or Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease neuropathy type 4B (CMT4B), is a distinct clinical and genetic entity belonging to the heterogeneous group of autosomal recessive demyelinating neuropathies.
