Two serotypes of bovine group A rotaviruses were demonstrated by enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) in 20 of 171 faecal samples collected from diarrhoeic calves in two dairy farms in Venezuela.
