Amyloid deposits in leptomeningeal vessels, subarachnoid, subpial, and subependymal cerebrospinal regions, spinal ganglia, peripheral nerves, and some internal organs (predominantly heart and kidney) characterize a dominantly inherited disease in a Hungarian family.
