OBJECTIVE: To describe a previously unreported clinical and radiologic presentation of hereditary transthyretin (TTR)-related amyloidosis. BACKGROUND: Unexplained cerebellar ataxia, pyramidal syndrome, and hearing loss are observed in some patients with TTR-related amyloidoses.
