Fibrinogen Matsumoto II is a hereditary dysfibrinogenaemia identified in a woman with Basedow's disease and a bleeding tendency. Coagulation tests of the patient's plasma revealed a prolonged thrombin time and a decreased fibrinogen level determined by functional method.
