Properties of Pichia guilliermondii ferrireductase of the crude extracts and ammonium sulfate preparations were studied. NADH and Cu (II) ions are necessary for ferrireductase activity. Mg (II) also stimulates this reaction while oxygen acts as a slight inhibitor.
