Progressive bifocal chorioretinal atrophy (PBCRA) is a rare, autosomal dominant congenital chorioretinal dystrophy. We have performed genetic linkage analysis on a five-generation British pedigree. Two-point linkage analysis showed significant linkage with nine microsatellite marker loci mapping to chromosome 6q.
