A 5-month-old llama was examined for evaluation of sexually ambiguous external genitalia. To determine the phenotypic, chromosomal, and gonadal sex of the llama, transrectal palpation and ultrasonography, contrast cystography, karyotype evaluation, laparoscopy, and necropsy were performed.
