The single-locus probe pCE 1.2 recognizes the D14S13 site in human genome. Allele-frequency of HaeIII digested D14S13 site is drawn out from 269 unrelated individuals. It displayed that there were at least 66 alleles and more than 93% heterogeneity. No mutation in 93 individuals of 8 families was observed.
