OBJECTIVE: To establish a multiplex set including D10S1248, D2S441, D1S1677 and to investigate the genetic polymorphism of the three miniSTR in Hunan Han population. METHODS: Three miniSTR loci of 186 unrelated individuals were amplified with different multiplex fluorescence-labeled primers.
