We report on a patient with congenital glaucoma, brachycephaly with flat occiput, large anterior fontanel, hypertelorism, anteverted nostrils, thoracolumbar kyphosis, prominent coccyx with skin fold, short hands and feet, flexion deformity of fingers, and clubfeet.
