BACKGROUND: SETD5-related disorder is a neurodevelopmental condition caused by pathogenic variants in the SETD5 gene. Reported features include intellectual disability, developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder, feeding difficulties, hypotonia, and dysmorphic facial features.
