We report the case of a young woman with primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) who was also diagnosed with tRNA nucleotidyl transferase 1 (TRNT1)-related autoinflammatory syndrome, characterized by recurrent episodes of fever and arthralgia beginning at age 16.
