2例患儿分别为13日龄女婴和2个月5日龄男婴，均以特殊面容、皮肤松弛、呼吸衰竭及舌下赘生物为主要临床表现。基因检测均为LTBP4基因 Chr19∶41117209 NM_003573.2 exon16 c.2052T>A（p.Cys684Ter）纯合致病变异。例1予有创呼吸支持、抗感染、液体管理等综合治疗18 d，例2予有创呼吸支持、抗感染、胸腔闭式引流等综合治疗12 d，均未见明显好转，均于放弃治疗出院后2 d死亡。.
