Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV) is a tick-borne zoonotic pathogen. We evaluated nanopore adaptive sampling (NAS) for whole-genome assembly using two wildlife-derived SFTSV isolates (Vero cell-cultured) sequenced alongside tick-derived samples.
