This study evaluated the clinical efficacy of venetoclax and azacitidine (VEN+AZA) versus CAG (cytarabine, aclarubicin, and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor) for newly diagnosed adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) unfit patients.
