OBJECTIVES: PIK3CA-Related Overgrowth Spectrum (PROS) is a highly heterogeneous disease. Facial Infiltrating Lipomatosis (FIL) is a rare PROS subset, and its atypical phenotypes, such as macrotia, present diagnostic and therapeutic challenges due to limited data.
