PURPOSE: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) have shown limited efficacy in unselected patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). However, ICIs are approved for biomarker-defined subsets: microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) and/or high tumor mutational burden (TMB-H).
