The driver genes of wild-type gastrointestinal stromal tumors (WT-GIST), particularly quadruple WT-GISTs (qWT-GIST), remain unclear. In this study, we collected 119 WT-GISTs from two cohorts and analyzed their clinicopathologic and genomic features, particularly for qWT-GISTs.
