Mucopolysaccharidosis-plus syndrome (MPS plus or MPSPS) is an ultrarare inherited metabolic disease, caused by mutations in the VPS33A gene. Like in different types of mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS), glycosaminoglycan (GAG) storage in cells of patients is evident.
